Why write in the Leave Me Breathless World?

How is the LMB World different from other book worlds?  

• The LMB World is different because you do not have to include someone else's characters in your books. Your characters are all yours. You can be as creative as you like. We only ask that you write us a happily-ever-after!  
• We call it a "world" because is a collaborative world of authors who work together to promote each others work. 
• You can extend your fan base by being introduced to their fans through strategic back matter placement and social media shares. 
• We've deliberately kept the Leave Me Breathless World small to ensure each book gets the attention is deserves.  
• Dragonfly Ink Publishing has a full marketing plan to support your books. This plan includes paid Facebook advertising, blogger blitz's, an active review team, and more. 
• Audiobook options are also available for select authors based on eBook performance. 

All books must meet the following criteria to be eligible: 

• Series spin-offs or new works to be published under the Leave Me Breathless brand 
• Genre: Erotic Romance, Contemporary Romance, Romantic Suspense, Dark Romance 
• No cliffhangers (stories must be able to stand alone and have a happily ever after) 
• Word count: Novellas (30k-60k), Novels (60k-100k)  

This is an author collaboration project, where each author helps promote all books under the Leave Me Breathless Brand. Dragonfly Ink will provide cover design, book formatting, graphic teasers, and audiobook options for your work. All books are sold in Kindle Unlimited only. The author must submit their fully edited manuscript one year from the contract date.  

Submissions to our small press are currently CLOSED.  

To submit to our small press, please email the following information to dragonflyinkpublishing@gmail.com: 

• A query letter introducing yourself.
• A list of all available works (including backlist titles) with brief summaries. 
• If you are a new author and have never before published, please tell us about your future writing goals.
• A brief synopsis of planned and unpublished books/series.
• Links to your social media and website (if applicable).
• Three sample chapters in Word or PDF format

Please allow up to 3 months for our team to review your submission.​ If you don't hear from us, it is not a reflection of your work. It could simply mean your story is not what we are currently looking for.   

Contract terms will be presented to you for negotiation if we decide that we'd like to make you a publishing offer.​
